Summer rates for 2009, May 1 - September 30
$125 per night for two
$5 per person charge for the 3rd and 4th adult
children under 15 are free
Winter Rates Beginning Oct 1 through Apr 30
$100 per night for two
$5 per person charge for the 3rd and 4th adult
children under 15 are free
50% deposit upon booking
balance due 30 days in advance
no refunds if canceled 14 days or less in advance
there is an additional 9.5% tax
The management does not require a damage and cleaning deposit. All of our guests to date have been conscientious about keeping the apartment clean.
Thus far we are very proud of our wonderful guests. However management reserves the right to request and or require a damage and cleaning deposit.
